Easy to order, reliable delivery and as far as we know the flowers are very satisfactory. Because the service is used to send flowers to recipients far away we never actually see how good they are, and rely on recipients being honest in their reports. They would perhaps be reluctant to say "the flowers you sent me were rubbish"! We know of one case when unsatisfactory flowers were received (from someone else) and they were promptly replaced by very good specimens.
