Having left the job of sending a Christmas present for a dear elderly lady to me, I inevitably left it rather late to order on-line. So I was surprised and delighted with the speed with you actioned my order and delivered the flowers a day earlier that I expected i.e. 23 December instead of 24 December. They were much apppreciated and I thank you for making our friend feel special over the festive season.
