I have had good service and the flowers have been excellent. The only issue I have is with the delivery date which always seems to be the day before the one selected. Most of the time this is not a problem but on two occasions it has been. On the first I selected a date the day after the recipient came home from holiday and it was delivered early when they weren't there and on another occasion I selected the date my mother was due out of hospital and it arrived a day early when noone was there. Again this Christmas I selected Christmas eve and it arrived the day before but in this case it didn't really matter. If it is your policy to deliver the day before I wish you would indicate clearly so I can adjust the date accordingly.
