I ordered flowers for my sister who was scheduled to have a major operation but this was postponed on the last minute. I called Sendabunch early Monday morning as these were due to be despatched the following day. Not only was the lady I spoke to exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable she said she would delay the order for two weeks. This she did and they arrived yesterday.
