I have always been very satisfied with the service of Sendabunch. Just one quick comment however. Nearly every time I order flowers for someone for a birthday they arrive 2 or 3 days before the actual date of the birthday. Whilst I of course prefer the flowers to arrive early rather than late, it would be nicer for the person if they could arrive on the day of the birthday. Perhaps you can put a field on your website where people can specify that they don't want the flowers to arrive before a certain date. Many thanks
