After the delivery of my order (white freesias) to the recipients I rang Send a Bunch to give them my comments which indicated to them how very pleased I was. The order was sent to my daughter and son-in-law for their wedding anniversary. They arrived a day early which didn't matter in the least, they were in bud in perfect condition and on the actual day of their anniversary my daughter rang to say that the buds had opened to perfection and looked like the colour of clotted cream; just what we wanted. Hence we were all delighted. I have ordered from Send a Bunch on many previous occasions and only once was dissatisfied. Needless to say my complaint was very soon rectified. I have nothing but praise for the company; the service is good and financially very reasonable and fairly obviously I have always been very pleased with 'the goods'.
