Ordered flowers online, then realized I had put in wrong house number, called customer services, spoke to very helpful young woman, advised me to call next morning gave me another number to call, spoke to another very helpful young man this time ,called me back in 15mins to confirm all was sorted. Cannot recommend enough the company abd 1st class service, Thank you
