I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers' Day and paid the extra premium for guaranteed delivery. They didn't arrive so I contacted Sendabunch who promised to send a replacement bouquet and look into the matter. The replacement bouquet didn't arrive either. Sendabunch later contacted me to say that Royal Mail had tried to deliver the flowers and left a card to say so. This card was not received. Whether it was Royal Mail's or Sendabunch's fault is not clear, but I will not be using this unreliable service again.
