As I have been a customer for many years it would be a nice gesture if the company introduced a method of thanking customers like myself who have remained with you and have spread the word of your good service. I would also like to suggest introducing (unless it is something I have missed) a section where additional delivery instructions can be added. My mother is 86, nearly blind and is house bound. When the postal van arrives at her house she has to shout for them to come in but on many occasions they cannot hear her and to leave a note is not advisable due to the safety issue.
she then has to find someone who can go to the central town postoffice to pick up the flowers. She has no family nearby so this is quite a difficult thing for her to organise. A note stuck on with the delivery address could help to overcome this problem? Many thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. Your flowers and service are fantastic and my mother is so happy to receive the wonderful box of flowers which helps to lighten her day and reminds her someone cares.
