I placed an order to be delivered and signed for on Saturday morning 18 April. Having heard nothing from our friends (whose 40th wedding anniversary it was ) I contacted Sendabunch after several days, with all the order and payment details, to request confirmation that the flowers had been delivered.
The reply after another delay was that the order had been marked return to sender and Sendabunch were investigating the reason, with the intention of re-sending the order. It is now 30 April and I have heard nothing more.
This is definitely not the service I expect and my friends still do not have their anniversary flowers.
