Very impressed with the service from start to finish. Normally my supplier boxes things so I use a normal courier to collect. However due to a large order they put my order on a pallet. The price quoted was the same as it normally costs for a couple of boxes by courier so was very happy with the price. Unfortunately there was a mix up and my supplier put it on the wrong truck. Once this was sorted Sendapallet were happy to rearrange collection. This was delivered the next working day after collection. The delivery driver was very friendly and despite the tightness of our road managed to back up onto our drive and put the pallet next to the front door for me. Tracking did not seem to track till several hours after collection. When it did track it was very exact and detailed. Customer service staff on the phone at sendapallet were very friendly and helpful. I really would not hesitate to use them again. Very impressed.
