As the recipient of the order which, as I write, has not yet been delivered added to which the tracking shows that the consignment has not yet been processed as of 7th May: delivery is due on the 9th and I believe it was collected on the 5th!! I can only assume that the request for feedback has been sent to me in error and should have gone tot he sender.
