Email received after engineering firm arranged collection. Disappointed that no further advanced warning of pick-up was made, i.e. no time span morning or afternoon. Collection referred to pickup by lorry of 7.5 to with rear tail lift, at end of day a local company came to do pick-up, driver only no further assistance, my property down 60 yard private lane, if my wife was not available we would have struggled to lift item. My wife and self are over 70yrs and not the healthiest to lift heavy items . The driver was a local person and very polite. I am hoping return of item will work a lot better ! M Thompson
