I asked by mail 'twice' when the delivering would be done in Birchington .... AM or PM. Two times they aswered (Rachel) me when the collection will be done in Wallasey (???) After I asked where the pallet will be stored over night so maybe we could collect the pallet from there the morning early and so our lorry wouldn't lose many time as we export to Belgium .... NO answer anymore. This was a collection organised by the seller. We shipping over 5 pallets a week trough to the UK with Palletways so I think we will continue with them.
