Drivers were great, but working under difficult circumstances, as office staff seem to be incapable of getting anything right! You would have thought that copying my name, house name, address and telephone number would be crucial to the success of their business, but somehow somebody managed to get all three wrong, and the name of the sending company wrong as well. So four essential pieces of information completely wrong: it is a miracle my expensive bench even arrived at all. It would not have done if it had not been for a helpful neighbour who pointed the driver in the right direction. And the office staff got my address wrong on two occasions previously, even though they had my correct details right in front of them each time, so they don't even learn from their mistakes, they just get worse. A thoroughly frustrating experience due to staff who seem to be either totally illiterate or need glasses.
