I needed to transport two Land Rover doors from Norwich to Birmingham as the cost and time would make collecting them impossible. Sendapallet had a very easy to use website, clear pricing structure and were the cheapest. I booked but then found that I was unable to forward the labels to the seller, and also that the seller was not going to be around when the pallet was collected. He put it out ready on the drive the following morning with a hand written address and consignment number and the courier did the rest. I was unable to track progress, presumably due to lack of proper label and so was actually out when the delivery was made to my address. I was expecting a two day service from collection - not from making my booking. The driver called me and we discussed where he could safely leave it on my drive. He had no tail lift on his truck so unloaded my pallet and repacked it behind my bins for me to find a couple of hours later. This was 'above and beyond' as far as I was concerned: what a star! On the whole a very impressive collection and delivery service for less than fifty quid. Well done. Happy to recommend.
