had an engine on a pallet waiting for collection, they turned up when the tail lift was out of order! so obviously couldn't take it. Turned up the next day with a working tail lift however they came late about 4.30 so another day is lost.
had another engine waiting to be picked up... complete no show, no email nothing. there excuse was they ran over there hours. After a phone call... its due to be picked up again first thing. They do make there destination though, eventually.
