I have been using this service for the past 9 months and everything was good but now honestly I don’t know what is happening to them. Every transaction I make has a problem with the status Attempt and the money does not go to the receiver.... I have requested for cancellation and still waiting for my money. 2 transactions with the same problem on my account. I trust in them but if they think they are facing problem they should just tell use to stop using Their services until they fix the problems. Am saying this because it’s not good to send someone money and while the person is expecting the money he or she can’t receive it. They must also understand that we are not using their services for free we pay charges. I have $860 locked with them and the transactions are not going through with the Status Attempt, and it’s a total of 2 different transactions. There is nothing I can do than to just seat back and hope I will get my money back or the respective receivers can receive the monies even dough I have requested for Cancellation by email just like ISABEL MANCINI a support person ask me to do..!!
