First time to use sendvalu service, I was quite not happy of the service, because the verification process took time. But their customer support explained to me the importance of taking verification thoroughly and I appreciate their time in making sure that they are dealing with the correct individual. They should put it on their website that there will be a verification process that will take place. But at the end, I like their service and how they treated me as their customer, I felt valued and it's not really just for business. Thank your sendvalu!
