I made my transfer yesterday and still it has not gone through to my sister's account. First they required and ID and then called me to verify the transaction details. We should have been made aware that we will go through with this kind of procedure. I was worried at first because it took time for sendvalu to process my request. But, when they called me, it was made clear that they are just doing it for my own security, which I really appreciate and thankful for doing it. But please update your website, that it may go a verification process, for us not to worry on the first place. Overall experience was good, I commend the lady who called me about my transaction, she was very helpful and assured my everything is fine. I will still be using sendvalu in my future transaction and recommend to my friends, though.
