On this occasion sendvalue has failed me and the recipient.
I am advised the transaction is complete, But advised it is not so because the phone number it was sent to does not accept money. This advice was offered by MTN .This is the first time I have had a problem, all other transactions have been excellent .
Please advise If the current Problem can be rectified
