I have almost always been pleased with SDT. Of course, there have been occasional exceptions with guides that were not helpful or trip planning that required too much time on the bus. That is why I gave SDT a 4 star rating. As for the tour from which we just came back, there was none; it would have been next month and it was cancelled as a result of COVID-19==no fault of SDT. We got our money back in full and promptly. We have every intention of using SDT in the future when it is possible to think of Canadian or international travel.
