I have been on 11 trips with Senior Tours and never have had a hold up or a problem. I would not travel at me age with any other tour company because I have had such good service. I cancelled my trip for myself and my sister-in-law Crustina Stafford last week and it was a shame but I think I got all of the money back, you must have also cancelled it, because there was no $75.00 taken off of the deposit price, therefore as far as I know I got a full refund. My problem is that you dont go out of business because I am going to book next year if we clear up the Covid. My sister-in-law is also going to be travelling with me and it was my husbands swish that I take her down the Danube and he passed away one year ago, so we had the reservation since then and and was so disappointed along with every one else, but what can you do, but please keep your heads above board because next year I want to go.
