My sister and I travelled to Tenerife in February 2020. It was a very well organized tour and even though we had a very large group everyone got along and were a lot of fun. The hotel was very nice and well located. The only complaint was the food. It was always cold - the heating elements were never turned on and the staff did not seem to understand when I brought it to their attention. As a result, some of our group, including myself got food poisoning. I missed 2 days of the trip by spending it in bed. I did report my illness to the front desk and by the last few days the heating elements were up and running as they should have been from the beginning. On reading some of the reports on the website from other vacationers to the same hotel, the temperature of the food seemed to have been an issue for some time. If we had known that we were staying at such a nice hotel in Windsor on the return journey, we would like to have had the option to stay another night and return home one day later.
