I would have selected 'very good' at the above. I was on the Railroads & Waterways of GB tour in 2019, and I had enjoyed the tour very much. I appreciate the printed booklet of the program, which included the introduction of the Tour Mgr.
I am saddened that tours you have spent so much time and effort to orchestrate have to be cancelled on account of the pandemic.
