Our tour to Costa Blanca was very enjoyable until it was short-circuited by the Pandemic. We greatly appreciate the fact that we were not billed for changing our return flight and would like to mention that our tour guide Susan Seltzer was great. She was like a mother hen caring for her brood. On the days without side trips she had something local planned and on the days we traveled something was organized for later. It was very helpful to receive the insurance claim all prepared for a signature and a stamp.You deserve a big thank you for that. We received checks from Manulife last week. The hotel room and amenities and food were fine. In closing I will say that in my opinion, it would be very difficult to find a better tour guide than our Susan Seltzer.
