Love the personal touches. However - Would like to book our own seats on plane, this is VERY, very important. We are from Ottawa, and were picked up late to arrive in Montreal. Our seats were separate on a transatlantic flight - not acceptable. We will need to make our own way to Montreal or a Toronto, as cannot rely on connections. Include river cruises! More tours in Europe with a longer stay over in the same hotel. Hotel standards vary too much, should all be same quality. Thank you for having most meals included, saves on money disbursements and having to find places to eat in a foreign land. Your tour guides are absolutely fantastic, thoughtful AND very knowledgeable. Top drawer!
