Overall, the tour to Italy was OK. It was well organized and our tour guide, Roberta, was excellent. She did a great job keeping the group together and providing information etc. The food was very disappointing and fell far short of expectations. We had one very good dinner during the entire two week trip. The balance were OK, but certainly nothing memorable. Tours were OK as well. There was a warning in the brochure about the amount of walking that we would be doing, but it was not sufficient. For example, the amount of walking in Rome was totally ridiculous for a senior tour. As a couple, we would not do another tour with your company. However, if I was a single woman I may consider another trip. My husband definitely would not. PS: the shuttle to the airport from Grimsby was terrifying. The driver was speeding and hit a guardrail on Highway 403. We reported this to your representative at the Toronto airport.
