Our first trip to the Atlantic provinces was amazing. Our guide was wonderful. She actually changed the date of our trip to the Cabot Trail as it was to be very rainy with the following day's itinerary. We had a wonderful time with her. We enjoyed being escorted to the limousine by your staff and avoiding the mayhem of the other level. We went to Panama on our second trip with you. It was not so good. Although we had requested to sit together on the plane, it did not happen. Other participants had the same issue where husband & wife were seated separately. If Kevin and Michael had not added special excusions while we were in Panama City, it would have been dreary as the hotel location was not good for exploring on one's own. We had to change our accommodation as the room was not physically safe....slippery floor & bathtub. The second room was much better with a much improved view. We would recommend that the stay in the City be shortened and alternate location added. Four days was sufficient at the all inclusive resort. Although we had early starts, the exploration of the canal system and the train ride was wonderful. We are hopeful that we can go to Newfoundland next year, pending the availability of a covid vaccine.
