We really enjoyed our trip to Hawaii. What really made it special was our tour manager David. He was on top of everything. The hotels were well located. The hotel in Honolulu needs updating or even needs to be changed. The tours were very good especially the trips to the volcanos. The tour of Pearl Harbour is excellent but would be even better if it included the Missouri. There was also sufficient down time to relax by the pool. We would recommend this trip to everyone. We have looked at other trips especially to Spain or Portugal but they all say the trip is not recommended for someone with mobility issues. This eliminates a lot of seniors who use a walker. Your staff just say the tours are designed for healthy mobile people. Your staff should have an understanding of which excursions scheduled within the overall tour are not acceptable to guests who use a walker rather than just saying the tour is not recommended.
