I have placed 3 orders in total. The first one arrived but the other 2 never reached me. I was told the second one may have been held up at UK customs but it still hasn’t arrived. The third I had shipped to my home in Portugal but that hasn’t arrived either. I love the laces but your shipping is wholly useless.
