Don't know where to begin... 1 star is too much I think it would be quicker if I take all the 1 star reviews already posted on here and consolidate them all together into one review to describe how disappointed I am with this company. I feel so disgusted with the way they have dealt with me and my situation with my car, took advantage of being an engine repair and literally ripped me off, (£4,680) no proactive updates or communication whatsoever, no transparency on what needed changing and went head with the repairs without discussing them with me, I had to chase every single day and all I got was : "repairs are well underway" and I still didn't know how much I was going to pay and emails not replied, being forced by the managing director to sign the satisfaction note as this is "standard procedure" even though I was not happy with the service and the car was still at the garage and obviously the address was never shared until I paid everything and signed the satisfaction note. After 4 months the car has not been fixed and each time I have been told different things from the garage .The guy has been very unprofessional , talking over me all the time thinking I am stupid and I don't understand anything about cars, incompetent and not to mention how many times I had to go back and forth and leave the car for weeks and yet has not been repaired with poor acceleration, lot of noise coming from the engine and the "engine light repair needed" still on since December! Please trust me on what I am saying and do not ever deal with this company unless you are prepared to be constantly lied to ,spend a fortune and not getting your car fixed. I am genuinely warning you to be extra careful when looking for specialists to fix your car and avoid Service4Service and their contractors as they are unprofessional.
