Honestly this is my 2 year in real-estate, and I was ready to call it quits in march had 1 sale of land a a few rentals I was floundering but I got a call from one of the product managers and decided to give it a shot as a last ditch effort. Set schedule helped me close 7 deals in 6 months following after I signed up. Now it was not a golden ticket I still had to do showings for every house and help about 4 of them get qualified but it kept me in the game. I also have created a additional stream of income for myself by issuing referrals to my sister in law and the other agents at her brokerage in Florida. I hope that things continue on this trajectory
