I’ve been looking for a new AVR receiver to replace my Arcam. I bought a Denon x2700H from Sevenoaks Sound & Vision. Initially, I spoke with Richard in Wetherby, who was extremely helpful in selecting the most appropriate receiver. The Denon arrived yesterday. Whilst I know a little about HiFi, I was stuck in the setting up process. This morning, I spoke to Alan in Wetherby. He too, was extremely helpful and most importantly, patient. He talked me through the whole process, spending over an hour on the phone. Success. I’ve been buying from SS&V for over 30 years. Great knowledge and customer service.
