Placed my order on Sep 15. Contacted customer service on Sep 19 to inquire a tracking code and again on Sep 22 to remind about my request. Got reply on Sep 22: "Sorry to answer late. Your order was shipped from Netherland 2days ago. It was moving with other orders to our transportation hub. We will update the local tracking information as soon as it is transferred to you. Because of our system delay, we need to check it for a few days. I will update if there is any issue"
Contacted customer service on Sep 23, to request "again" for my tracking code. No answer
On Oct 9 I opened a case in PayPal; "Item not received". Got answer on Oct 10: "Sorry for the delivery accident. We just shipped the item again. You can track it in your email or USPS" This time I received a tracking code.
On Oct 16 I received the item and closed the case on Oct 19.
WHY WAS I TOLD ON SEP 22 THAT MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED FROM THE NETHERLANDS 2 DAYS AGO?
