When you purchase your order, it may take 4 days for them to process it. In my case, it took 3-4 days before i received a tracking number (which is a reflection of a slightly outdated or insufficient / overloaded system). However, the pricing was reasonable. I have read reviews which state that orders were never received from Sewoong, and whilst this may have occurred, i have no doubt that this was more to do with other untrustworthy parties being involved (such as an old flight route which is no longer utilised, or some 0.001% chance of modern day 'pirates' becoming involved). My only advice to Sewoong is to be clearer about larger items. I ordered an item which was about 1m X 0.5m and weighed around 20kg. Due its' size, it could not be freighted for 1 whole week (after waiting 3-4days for a tracking number). Therefore, it took 2 - 2.5 weeks for the order. Now that i know it was waiting at an airport for 1 week (after being informed by email from Sewoong that this may be the case), i could verify the difficulties in freighting this item. I can see that from the point in time when my order finally departed the airport, it took 3-4days (which was the fee i paid for). In other words, had i paid only the standard freight cost with this item, it would have taken a further 2-4 weeks perhaps. Whilst i can now see that my money 'paid off', it was still nonetheless unclear to me from the beginning that i would need to wait 2.5 weeks in total. I thought i had been scammed for the first few days, but still held my hopes high and gave the company the benefit of the doubt which they deserved. I only hope that Sewoong's logistical systems are improved - so as to be more clear with customers about their REALISTIC time-frames. It needs to be transparent, on the specific product webpage which a customer is buying, that with any item over a certain size - 1 week may need to be added to the delivery time frame. This needs to be clear to the customers in each product advertisement, when they list each larger product as a new/updated stock item. Due to the international nature of this business, it seemed too overwhelming to research into whether this company had conducted any form of misleading advertising, by not informing me that 1 week MAY be required. This, in hindsight, is my only fault with the delivery. Other than this, i received the item unscratched, and it had not been tampered with in any way.
