I ordered a doll in the beginning of April of 2022. After 3 months they finally gave me a refund (Thankfully because of PayPal) for a doll that they shipped to an address in a completely different state.
EDIT: (A month later)
It's now the end of July and I have received the original doll I ordered after much hassle. This was the third time they made the doll, causing more delays after the production of the 2nd was flawed and they had to do it again. They gave me 30% discount on the overall order, which is the bare minimum they could have done, in my opinion, after waiting 4 months to receive the doll. The doll came with a missing fingernail and toenail. The head already had some staining on it and the left upper eyelash was already coming undone. Apart from the lack of a perfectly put-together doll. The form is nice and the face is decent.
The production and shipping departments of this company are sub-par at best. The only thing holding this company together is its excellent customer service. The amount of cool-headedness, personal calls/emails and check-up's/updates done by Donna was above and beyond most customer service departments in any company I've ever dealt with. If I could individually rate the departments, I would give 5 stars for the customer service alone.
At the end of the day, if you're looking for a company that gives a decent product (Even after a long time), SDG is a good one to go with, as I'd assume my particular issues are not the norm with this with company.
