But most importantly… I selected Next Day Shipping for a whopping $87. But it was 1:30pm here, and his birthday celebrations was the following day. When selecting the option, there was ZERO warning given that it had to be ordered by 12, or that it was coming from the other side of the country which meant a different time zone. Perhaps it was somewhere else deep in the website, but not at point of service. Had this been clearly stated when selecting Next Day, I would have NEVER bought this. When requesting a refund for shipping (all via email, there was no phone number to contact the company which in retrospect was my first warning sign) I was immediately shot down. When requesting the difference between Next Day and Two Day (as it arrived the following day), I heard NOTHING. Very upsetting as customer service is clearly not their concern, nor assuring a long term customer as this is my kink. Disappointing.
