Your site is great and your customer care is fantastic because when the post office delivered my order in one of their apologies bag as it was ripped open and minus one of the items they were of no help but when l phoned your customer services in tears Katie was just fantastic she calmed me down and got a replacement sent out straight away And she kept me informed by emails At all times just great service xx and my friend loved her jewellery she was so pleased
