Wish I could give no stars..7-10 working days just to process a return after paying over the odds in returns postage fees? Plus time waiting for the glasses to be fixed and then shipped back out. Working day 9 today still no further, haven't even been looked at, and when emailing to enquire I'm told of the backlog of returns they have to get through, not exactly a good advertisement.
Ordered glasses with an upload of prescription and they couldn't even get that right. Could not see a thing out of them. Returned to be rectified but I'm not confident they will be any better. Absolutely stinking customer service, replies are copied and pasted never investigated. I never leave bad reviews but I am absolutely fed up with this company. Please don't waste your time and take your money elsewhere.
