Worst experience ever! They froze my account. No explanation , no reason. Then they wouldn't communicate. Now they send this; Hi Timothy, We are unfortunately required to maintain your account frozen at the moment, which means we cannot allow use of any of the functions, including the option to cash out the funds that have been sent to the account. Please note, however, that this situation should be temporary and that you may be able to recover your account and your funds if the guidance under which our risk and assessment team is operating changes in the future. Thank you for using Shakepay and we apologize for the inconvenience. My advice to get rid of your money in a quicker more efficient fashion then letting shakepay steal it, is to simply flush your money down the toilet!
