i had to file a complaint to CryptorecoveryltD.com to get my funds back
I hadn't signed into my Shakepay account for 6 months and when I did finally did try and go back in there was a hacker waiting for me. Through a process I still don't understand the hacker managed to transfer my bitcoin to some place in Brazil and that was it. I lost my money. Shakepay has been useless. For all their supposed security I lost my money and all they could do was send me a copy of their agreement and say sorry. DON'T USE SHAKEPAY!!
