This review is in hopes of Shankara actually valuing my business. Just received my 2nd order last week of the anti aging serum and the oil. Immediately noticed that the oil has white clumps and lumps in it, emailed them immediately with close up picture. It was clearly a quality problem most likely contamination of the product in production. This is not just a slight difference. They responded promptly but by asking for batch number to investigate and that inconsistency in texture and color is possible. I sent more pictures 3rd day asking them to please send me a return label and to replace this $50 oil, as this clearly not just inconsistencies. I had a few other questions which they answered but seriously the first response should have been to apologize and exchange the product. If you do not trust the customer on this then why should your customers trust your quality? this point I should be sending to the fda for testing.
Hoping someone will now take notice and correct the service and I will be happy to update my review.
