I am in love with Shankara's Muscle and Joint Relief oil and the Foot oil! I run ultramarathons, so even my training runs are very long distances. I use these products after every long run as an extra special treat for my body. I take time to massage the oils in, and I really do believe they help reduce soreness and speed my recovery. I even just bought a smaller version of the muscle and joint oil so that I can more easily take it with me for my non-local races.
