This company and their customer support is fraud. I order few items on 9th oct/2022 and they forwarded a tracking no. On tracking that it just show that the shipper has created electronic shipping label and then nothing. I emailed them and they admitted that there was something wrong with my order and they corrected it and I should wait for 72 hours. If no movement they will reship. Now I keep emailing them after 72*3 and they never fail reply.
