I have two major complaints. #1 The support of the bra is temporary. It quickly stretched out. I also never put bras in the dryer so that's not the reason it wore out in strength so quickly. #2 Their customer service is horrendous. First off, don't expect to speak to a human...ever. I joined a chat to make an exchange because the wrong size was sent to me. After going back and forth for a while, they agreed to send me the size I actually ordered and told me I could keep the original one. A few days later the replacement arrived and it was the wrong size again! So now I have two bras that don't fit me. Don't buy their items. You will regret it
