I purchased a tank top. I did receive the top, but I didn't sign up for subscription. Why would anyone sign up to have 5 dollar taken , every month for underwear, out of my account. That is not all. I tried to connect a person and all I got was Rachel mint bot, and then received an email saying . They wanted to follow up on my request but since they hadn't heard back from me they closed the case. I had only requested my 5 dollars only 24 hrs ago and one automated email was sent .
