Serious decline in quality and abhorent business practices. I bought three pairs of leggings during the pandemic which I still have - great quality and excellent value. Recently, I purchased two bras and they were just terrible - awful quality, bad fit reccomendations on the website, and worst of all THEY ADD A HIDDEND MEMBERSHIP FEE AUTOMATICALLY TO ORDERS! Suprise, a month later there is a membership charge with no explanation, and when I asked to have it cancelled, the website directs me to sign up for it again. A scam, through and through. What happened to this company???
