I’ve ordered several items from Shapermint in the past and have always had a great experience. Orders are exactly what I asked for and have been easy to return or exchange. My most recent purchase, however, has been a disappointment. I ordered 3 bras and actually really liked them. Unfortunately one of them tore only after wearing a few times. It looks like the hooks on the back weren’t sewn on, just attached with fabric tape. ??? I’ve been trying for DAYS to get in contact with an actual person to see if I can get a replacement with no success. I keep getting sent to the robot chat which offers me the same automated response that doesn’t apply. I’ve tried reaching out on messenger, twice, as suggested. No response. I’ve written an email. No response. I’ve called their 1-800 number and left messages. No response. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the fact that apparently it’s impossible to speak to a real human. If I cannot get this resolved I will not be ordering from Shapermint again.
