I’ve ordered twice from shapermint, didn’t like either order. When I returned first order, I exchanged for a different style, that was more expensive, so I had to pay the difference of $4.82, which was fine. Only now, when I try to return the second order and get a refund, they only want to refund the $4.82! I’ve tried the chat bot to no avail, I’ve called only to get recorded messages. And now, when I try to call the number, it won’t go through. Apparently you can only call it once! I’ve emailed several times, keep getting same email back that says to go online to process a refund or exchange. Really frustrating to deal with a company that only has automated customer service! Can’t talk to a real person! I will never buy from this company again!
